[February 25, 2010] UBS Sees Solid Trends For Lincoln National (LNC) Feb 25, 2010 (SmarTrend News Watch via COMTEX) -- 2/25/2010- UBS analysts see solid trends for Lincoln National (NYSE:LNC). Analyst Andrew Kligerman said, "The parent has ~$1B of cash and intends to maintain ~$0.3-0.5B of liquidity-- suggesting excess liquidity of $0.5-0.7B, which could be used for CPP repayment or serve as a buffer against a market downturn. In addition, at its operating companies, LNC estimates it has $1.5B of capital margin above a 350% RBC ratio." UBS maintains a "buy" rating on the stock and raises their price target to $34, up from $31.
